Returns Policy

Sales Vine is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our clients. Occasionally mistakes happen during the ordering, manufacturing or shipping process. We will happily arrange an exchange if your product(s) are faulty or do not match your purchase order.

Our Conditions:

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

  • We do not cover the cost of postage unless there is a fault with the garment or product. 

  • Goods must be UNUSED and in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Garments must have no marks, makeup, the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or another scent.

  • Goods that have been customised/personalised with custom embroidery/printing will NOT be accepted for refund/exchange.

We do not accept any refund for a change of mind on any products ordered with Sales Vine. We highly recommend utilising our Sampling Service prior to placing your order to ensure you are happy with our products.

Whilst most of our local suppliers allow unbranded stock to be returned, some have a strict no returns policy. In this instant, we are unable to accept any returns for these products. You will be advised prior to your order being processed if this is the case.

Warranty Claims:

Sales Vine is committed to supplying products that are fit for purpose and of a quality that will withstand an extended period of reasonable use.

For garments, we ask that you pay close attention to the care instructions for each item.

If you feel a product we supplied does not meet these standards, we ask that you contact Jarrod immediately, ensuring you provide a photo clearly showing the product defect.

We will assess the request based on the duration of use and for garments if the care instructions have been followed, in order to determine if the product is suitable for repair or replacement.
